Product Information

All of our products are made by hand and are the result of a very thoughtful production process. Variations and irregularities in the products are an integral characteristic of the hand made process and naturally acquired raw materials. They add to the uniqueness of the product and are not a defect. We take the utmost care to ensure each product is carefully checked prior to their shipping, however if you feel your product does not meet your expectations or if you experience a unique issue with any of our products, please feel free to reach out to info@tulahome.in and we would be more than happy to help you find a solution. We cannot offer store credit or exchanges for products that have experienced wear or washing.

All our products are exclusively handcrafted and handmade by various craft clusters across India. The source of each product is mentioned on their individual product page along with their material composition and dimensions.

Hand-made products require a gentle hand as compared with industrially manufactured goods. We recommend that you follow the instructions provided with each product to ensure they age gracefully.

Shipping & Returns

The downside of slow living is that unfortunately it doesn't come immediately. Many of our products are made-to-order and cannot be rushed. In the spirit of complete transparency, we have mentioned the estimated delivery date for each product on their individual pages.

Tula currently ships Pan-India. We offer free ground shipping on all orders, except when explicitly mentioned.

We are not currently fulfilling orders to areas outside of India. If you are interested in Tula products but located outside of India, please contact us at info@tulahome.in to let us know of your request. We will begin adding additional shipping locations shortly and we will determine if we can accommodate shipping to your country or direct you to an alternate location.

Our team is dedicated to ensuring you love the items you have ordered and that they reach you in perfect condition. Each product is individually checked and packaged before they are shipped to you. In the rare event that a product is damaged in transit, please contact us within 3 (three) days of receiving the package so we can arrange for a replacement to be sent to you.

Customised orders cannot be cancelled or exchanged unless they are of faulty nature.

Any or all products on clearance are not eligible for an exchange or return.

Exchange and return are not applicable on International orders.

Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, UPI, Apple Pay, American Express and many others.

We also accepts Cash on Delivery (COD) for our Serai products (Apparel) only. See the terms and conditions below.

If you have a valid Tula Gift Card, you may also choose to redeem this online to pay for your order. Split payments are available if your order value exceeds the balance on your Gift Card.

The security of our customers' personal and credit card information is paramount to Tula/Serai and we continue to invest in the development of robust security systems.

Our website is encrypted with Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) certificates, which creates a secure transaction area in which to enter your payment information. You can be sure that you have entered a secure area as a small padlock symbol will appear in the address bar of your browser.

Cash on delivery is only available for Serai products (Apparel) and can be fulfilled for orders to be shipped within India.

All Cash on Delivery (COD) orders require an advance deposit of 40% of the order value. The advance can be paid via UPI, cards or any other online mode of payment.

Once the order is placed, our customer service representative shall get in touch with you for the payment link of the 40% advance. The balance can be paid in cash at the time of delivery.

The same link can also be requested by the customer via Text/WhatsApp.

Please note, the order will only be processed once the advance has been received by us. If the payment is not made within 48 - 72 hours, the order shall be cancelled.
